Hi, I’m Pat Lockwood. My wife Melisa and I live right in the heart of Gist, Texas. We have poured our hearts and souls into our Mayhaw Orchard. It all began with just two small trees and some tasty homemade Mayhaw jelly. After years of research, I began grafting my own trees. Now I’m excited to share these amazing mayhaws with you. Our homegrown mayhaw berries create some of the finest jellies and jams in Southeast Texas.
